- Quotes: All project quotes are valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of issuance, allowing clients ample time for consideration.
- Payments: A standard initial deposit of 50% is required upon contract signing to commence work. Subsequent progress payments may be scheduled, with the final balance due upon satisfactory completion of the project.
- Changes: Any modifications to the project scope or design requested by the client after contract signing will be handled as a formal change order, potentially impacting costs and timelines, subject to mutual agreement.
- Warranty: Fleur-de-lis Form proudly offers a one-year warranty on craftsmanship for all custom pieces, ensuring peace of mind regarding the durability and quality of our work.
3. Governing Law
These terms and conditions, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to, or use of, the website, or any service agreements with Fleur-de-lis Form, shall be instituted in the courts of Quebec City, Quebec, Canada.
